Looking to get into the real estate market but not sure of the process?

I found out about this seminar on Facebook. With these ups and downs of the real estate market I rejoiced hoping that someone will help me see clearly. So I went to the seminar full of hope. I sat down with my free coffee and cookie, ears, and mind wide open. The seminar was conducted by two very nice gentlemen, one realtor and one mortgage specialist. The presentation had a good pace, allowing me to understand and absorb the information. The realtor covered one of the most difficult parts of searching for a home, how to reconcile my needs, my wants, and my must haves. He then took us on a real, virtual home search, bringing up from his database homes that matched our options.

He shared a wealth of tips on how to look at homes, the value of home inspection, what to do before and, also, after you get your home. Tips that can save significant trouble, both financial and physical. The mortgage specialist gave a thorough description of the financial part. He opened my eyes to the hidden costs, that many people, including myself until I went to the seminar, don’t see coming. And they can add up to a considerable amount. He gave us tips on many important aspects, for instance how to enhance our credit score which plays an important role in one’s creditworthiness. Questions and answers were a significant part of the seminar. I liked their patience and passion in answering question after question. It was great to feel that they really wanted everyone to correctly understand everything. Being there was a great experience, two well spent hours of my life. I left the seminar enlightened, happy and grateful. I am now a much more educated person when it comes to looking for my first home.  Thank you, Arnold and Jefferey, for your exhaustive presentation
